We’re now less than one month away from our RSVP deadline — Sunday, September 14th. This is just a friendly reminder to please fill out the RSVP form so we have plenty of time to finalize our plans and share updates with our vendors.
Announcement from June 5, 2025: Changes to Room Blocks
Changes to group rates and terms have prompted us to cancel our room blocks at Caesars Palace and Flamingo Las Vegas. While you are still welcomed and encouraged to stay at these or any of the other recommended properties listed here, you will no longer need to reference our group code to receive a discount.

Announcement from May 1, 2025: Get Your REAL ID
U.S. residents had until May 7, 2025 to ensure compliance with the federal REAL ID requirements. After this date, a REAL ID-compliant driver's license, permit, or identification card will be necessary and required to board domestic flights and access certain federal facilities, unless you present an alternative federally approved identification, such as a U.S. passport. If you aren’t sure if you have a REAL ID, look for the star in the upper right hand corner of your driver’s license, permit, or ID.
If you don’t have your REAL ID yet, we encourage you need to plan to do so, or plan to fly with your passport, prior to taking your flights to Vegas!
